Meet Maddie...

A former Elementary Educator, published author and owner of her own tutoring company, Maddie has an extensive background in the art of teaching.
Certified Classical Pilates Instructor (CEP 600), Yoga Trainer (RYT 350) and Barre Intensity Certified trainer.
Kate Lickert
Pilates and Yoga Instructor
Meet Kate...
Kate is a certified yoga, barre, and Pilates instructor who joined Stone Studio after moving to Birmingham from Columbia, Missouri. A University of Missouri grad, Kate began teaching in 2023 and brings a warm, upbeat energy to every class. She loves helping clients build strength, confidence, and mindfulness through movement, and aims to create classes that feel both empowering and welcoming.




McCayla Pitts

Meet McCayla...
“Creating the ultimate mind-muscle connection for you to be in tune with your body is a priority for my teaching. I want you to be able to give your body what it needs each day, and for you to be able to move it in the best way that moves you.”
McCayla is a Kinesiotherapy Therapist, with advanced studies in rehabilitative exercise and currently is an active medical researcher. She has extensive knowledge in therapeutic exercises and movement to improve strength, endurance & mobility. She is also an avid movement enthusiast with a Pilates Reformer certification, big time foodie, and established book worm.

Mary is a Certified Pilates Instructor with a passion for helping people build strength, confidence, and longevity through movement. Whether leading a Pilates class or coaching a full-body workout, she brings an encouraging, results-driven approach to every session. Outside the studio, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her dogs and horses, staying active, and soaking up the sunshine.




Heidi Lee

With over 3,000 hours of yoga teaching experience, Heidi draws from a deep background in Ashtanga and Vinyasa to create a meaningful practice for her students. Originally inspired by the physical health benefits of yoga, she has since expanded her focus to emphasize the spiritual depth and vital connection to the body that the practice offers. Heidi’s teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga is a tool for everyone. She is dedicated to maintaining a judgment-free space where individuals can explore their movement with confidence and curiosity.
In Heidi’s classes, you will find a thoughtful balance of challenge and support. She provides a wide range of options for every pose, ensuring that the practice is approachable for beginners while remaining engaging for intermediate practitioners.
